On the gentle hills of Tortoreto, with a landscape characterized by numerous olive groves and vineyards, we find this property where architecture merging with technique has created this wonderful jewel: Villa Bianca. The property is accessible via a large driveway bordered by an olive grove and surrounded by over 2500 m2 of garden made up of medium-trunk trees and fruit plants. The building has a large tavern in the basement with terracotta floors and Castelli ceramics. There is also a double built-in kitchen (washing and food preparation department), a cellar, a woodshed, a bathroom, a garage connected internally to the entire house and a hydro-thermal power plant.
The ground floor, connected with an internal travertine staircase, houses a large living room and a sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom with hydromassage tub and a storage room. The floors are in porcelain stoneware and solid block parquet. A further internal staircase connects this floor with the upper one where there are two other bedrooms and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. The first floor in question is characterized by a ventilated and insulated wooden roof.
Outside we find a large porch, a wooden shed with two parking spaces underneath and a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gemelli mountain massif (the Fiori and Campli mountains).
